Because every piece is made individually, an order moves through two stages before it reaches you: production and then delivery. This page explains what to expect from each and where we ship.
Production Time
Prints are manufactured to order by our European print partner. Production usually takes a few working days from the moment your order is confirmed, as each piece is printed, checked and prepared for transit. You are not charged any extra for made-to-order production; it is simply how every piece is created.
Delivery Times
Once a print leaves production, delivery across the European Union typically takes 3 to 7 business days. The exact time depends on the destination country and the carrier serving your address. Rural and remote routes can sit at the longer end of that range.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to destinations across the European Union. Orders are dispatched from within Europe, which keeps transit times short and avoids customs handling within the single market.
Packaging
Prints are packed flat or rolled in protective material appropriate to their size, so they arrive ready to frame and hang. Care is taken to protect corners and surfaces during transit.
Tracking and Delays
Where the carrier provides tracking, you will receive the details once your order is dispatched. Occasionally a delivery runs beyond the usual window because of carrier backlogs or seasonal volume. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, write to us at [email protected] and we will look into it with the carrier.
