Every print is made individually for you, so we do not operate open-ended change-of-mind returns. We do, however, stand fully behind the condition of what we send. If a print reaches you defective or damaged, we will put it right.

The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to report a print that is defective or that was damaged in transit. Reports made within this window are eligible for a replacement or a refund of the affected item.

What Counts as Defective or Damaged

This covers prints that arrive with a manufacturing flaw, a printing fault, or physical damage sustained during delivery, such as creasing, tears or dents in the material. Natural, minor variation in color between individual prints is a normal feature of the process and is not treated as a defect.

How to Report an Issue

To start a claim, email us at [email protected] with the following:

  1. Your order number or the email used to place the order.
  2. A short description of the problem.
  3. A clear photo of the issue, which we need in order to assess the claim and arrange a resolution.

Resolution

Once we have reviewed your photo and confirmed the issue, we will arrange a replacement print or a refund of the affected item. We will not ask you to return a damaged print unless we specifically request it. Any refund is issued to the original payment method.
